1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HANS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. HANS is intended for use by licensed healthcare practitioners only.

2. Description of Service

HANS is an AI-powered clinical assistant designed to support functional medicine practitioners with documentation, research, and patient workflow. HANS is a tool to assist clinical decision-making — it does not replace clinical judgment or constitute medical advice.

3. Practitioner Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all clinical decisions made using HANS. AI-generated content must be reviewed and verified by a licensed practitioner before use in patient care. HANS does not assume liability for clinical outcomes.

4. Subscription and Billing

HANS is billed at $100/month per practitioner. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. HIPAA Compliance

HANS will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with any covered entity upon request. You are responsible for ensuring your use of HANS complies with applicable HIPAA requirements.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use HANS to generate content for distribution without practitioner review, attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI models, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

HANS is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, HANS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
